recycled gemstones - Shop

These stones have all been recycled from items that have been sent for scrap.  They have been carefully cleaned before being assessed, tested and identified by Sally. 

They have all lived a life already and have not been recut so they may not be perfect but their descriptions are as accurate as we can be.  They have been judged to be saleable when viewed with the unaided eye as that is how you and your customers will see them when set in a piece of jewellery.

Treatments are disclosed and we always assume gems have been treated if they can be.

How do we know these are recycled... here are some before and after cleaning pictures - this "dirt" comes from being worn in a piece of jewellery!
