This sunstone or feldspar displays beautiful rainbows of colour from the ilmenite & hematite inclusions.  It has a surface reaching cleavage on the side & back which could be vulnerable in a piece of jewellery - although setting in a closed back, rubover setting could hold it securely.  Whether in jewellery or as a collector's gem, it's a beautiful gemstone full of those incredible rainbows!
