Ammonite drop earrings with garnet

Made from casts of original ammonites I found on the beach at Charmouth when visiting my parents, there is something so right and so satisfying about this perfect spiral that only Mother Nature could produce so perfectly.  Reminding me of the excitement I feel each time I find a fossil on the beach, these simple and comfortable earrings also remind me of happy times with my parents.  As they are set with garnet, wouldn't they be perfect for a January birthday!
