Rhyolite is a fine-grained igneous rock and this piece has blue quartz and pink feldspar within its composition.

With a hardness of 6, rhyolite is suitable for use in rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, brooches and cufflinks, although abrasion and wear may occur in rings and bracelets.
