Pale taupe with dark brown/black inclusions and off-white highlights.

This agate formed around existing stick-like aragonite crystals and is only found in Turkey.

Agate is a polycrystalline form of quartz.  With a hardness of 6, excellent toughness and good stability, agate is suitable for use in rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, brooches and cufflinks, although abrasion and wear may occur in rings and bracelets.
